• Lead and develop a global Talent Acquisition organization consisting of professionals and leaders across multiple markets.
• Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, scalable delivery models and smart use of recruitment technology.
• Elevate the candidate experience and strengthen AFRY's employer brand in close collaboration with the Employer Branding Lead.
