Your day starts with a check-in with regional TA leads across Europe, Asia, and the Americas to review hiring priorities and challenges. Mid-morning, you meet with the Chief People Officer to align on strategic workforce planning and discuss a new diversity initiative. After lunch, you analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and then lead a workshop with the Employer Branding team on improving candidate experience in the energy sector.
