Human Resources Business Partner, CSS HR

• Act as the business partner for HR to Global Delivery Transformation & Value Lead, CSS HR.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance in line with company policies and local labour laws.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and support recruitment activities.

• 15 to 20 years of HR experience with minimum 10 years as HR Business Partner.
• Proven ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Strong commercial acumen and thorough understanding of how HR impacts business performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
