Programme Coordinator

Support the delivery of cohort-based fellowships and careers programmes for advocates across priority countries in Africa.
- Coordinate programme logistics including participant selection, venues, travel, scheduling, and in-person components.
- Prepare and maintain programme materials, templates, and documentation for ongoing use.
- Support participants and alumni throughout programmes and beyond; collect data for monitoring and evaluation.
- Requires strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail and reliable, proactive execution.
- Desirable: prior experience supporting programmes or cohorts, remote work across time zones, and Arabic or French proficiency.
