Programme Assistant – Training

• Support the coordination and delivery of high-quality capacity building and training interventions for Emergency Medical Teams and humanitarian partners.
• Ensure smooth preparation and training of UK-Med's global workforce, including Core Staff and a Register of approximately 1,400 healthcare professionals.
• Assist the Programme Manager and Learning & Capacity Building team in delivering digital, in-person, and simulation-based training.

This role strengthens the capacity of Emergency Medical Teams and health services to respond to emergencies, leading to better health outcomes for patients and communities in crisis.

• Passionate about Learning and Development and capacity building for humanitarian programming.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills.
• Skills in training coordination and effective communication.
• Organised and consistent approach to meeting team priorities and deliverables.

Up to £27,980 GBP gross per annum (dependent on experience). Competitive salary and benefits in a supportive work environment, with the opportunity to contribute significantly to humanitarian efforts.
