Consultancy: Call for proposals to conduct a study on Team Europe’s blended finance and guarantees, and their implications for nutrition financing

• Map the Team Europe financial architecture relevant to nutrition, including institutions, instruments, mandates, and pipelines.
• Analyze financial and political economy dynamics influencing resource allocation for nutrition.
• Assess implications for nutrition outcomes and identify opportunities for NGO engagement.

This study will help shape how European blended finance and guarantee mechanisms can be leveraged to improve nutrition financing, potentially redirecting resources toward more effective nutrition interventions.

• Proven experience in development finance architecture (EIB Group, EBRD, PDBs, DFIs, ECAs, MDBs).
• Knowledge of Team Europe ecosystem and Global Gateway Investment framework.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in conducting semi-structured interviews.
• Fluency in English; French, Spanish, Italian, or German are an asset.

Consultancy contract for approximately 30 working days between August 2026 and October 2026. Language of work: English.
