Community Education & Outreach Manager, Minnesota & Dakotas Chapter

• Develop and deliver comprehensive education programs and resources tailored to the local Parkinson's community.
• Build strategic partnerships with healthcare systems and community stakeholders to increase awareness of Foundation events and resources.
• Expand outreach to underserved populations and manage volunteer networks to support local programs.

This role directly improves the lives of people with Parkinson's disease by providing essential education, resources, and support, while expanding access to underserved communities and fostering a network of care.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4 years in community outreach or health education, preferably in a nonprofit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and webinar platforms.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to relate well with diverse populations.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to handle multiple projects, and willing to travel with a valid driver's license.

Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Telecommute position based in the Twin Cities metro area.
