Program Specialist (Part-Time Position)

• Provide critical programmatic, data management, research, and administrative support for the BoardLead program.
• Conduct outreach calls and emails to inform organizations about programs, answer questions, and encourage participation.
• Manage nonprofit communications, review applications, conduct interviews, and support selection processes.
• Support data management, CRM integrity, and development of training materials and reports.

This role helps connect talented professionals with value-aligned nonprofits, strengthening nonprofit boards and enabling organizations to drive their missions forward effectively.

• Highly efficient and organized self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Technological proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and Google Workspace suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for building relationships with nonprofit and corporate audiences.
• Familiarity with the social good sector, corporate social responsibility, or nonprofits strongly preferred.

Compensation: $22-$25 per hour (commensurate with experience). Part-time remote role (approx. 29 hours/week) with flexible schedule within core hours 10am-3pm ET. Must provide own computer and phone; Google Voice provided.
