Job description

Lead research and stakeholder engagement on AI's labor and economic impacts, building a global measurement agenda.
- Validate and develop AI labor-impact research questions with diverse stakeholders; author accessible outputs for unions, educators, and policymakers.
- Manage complex multi-workstream projects from ideation through execution, coordinating virtual consultations and in-person convenings.
- Facilitate and build consensus across labor groups, academia, industry, and civil society on measurement frameworks and data needs.
- Requires 5+ years at intersection of AI, labor, and economics; strong project management and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Fixed-term position through December 15, 2027; remote-eligible within the United States.
