Mission
What you will drive
- Lead planning and coordination of complex multi-year policy programs, developing workplans, timelines, and deliverable tracking.
- Manage program budgets, monitor grant spending, and support grant proposals and financial reporting.
- Supervise program staff and consultants, coordinate resource allocation, and provide mentorship.
- Serve as liaison between program teams and operations functions, and improve program management systems.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, environmental policy, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or nonprofit operations.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and funding sources, including grant-funded budgets.
- People management experience and strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
