What you will drive
- Lead and coordinate a group of related projects to deliver strategic business value aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring alignment of program initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Define program-level goals and success metrics, and partner with executive stakeholders to align priorities.
- Oversee portfolio performance, manage risk, support governance, and maintain communication between stakeholders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8-12 years of progressively responsible experience leading projects of medium size/scope with cross-functional teams.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification or equivalent highly preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing, shop floor environment with product design and manufacturing execution systems.
