Program Manager

• Lead the development, execution, and evolution of all Naturally NorCal programming—including events, peer forums, and community experiences.
• Manage the annual calendar of events, budgets, timelines, and resources in partnership with the Executive Director.
• Oversee program execution from concept through delivery, including supervising staff, contractors, and volunteers.
• Manage programming communications calendar, develop marketing copy, and coordinate promotional materials.

This role creates positive change by fostering a vibrant community of natural products professionals, supporting entrepreneurs and emerging brands, and promoting sustainable and healthy food systems in Northern California.

• 5+ years of experience in program management, events, community engagement, or related roles.
• Background in natural products, CPG, or food & beverage preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM systems, event registration tools, Google docs & Microsoft Office.

Full-time, exempt position. Remote with preference for SF Bay Area. Requires monthly in-person events and occasional evening/weekend availability. Regional travel as needed.
