Mission

What you will drive

  • Plan, manage, and execute all local activities for the BUGs national conference in New Orleans, including farm tours, welcome gatherings, and closing parties.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, transportation, catering, and local talent (e.g., DJs).
  • Facilitate local host committee meetings and provide status updates on event planning.
  • Serve as on-site lead coordinator during the conference (October 23-25, 2026).
