Program Manager, Archer Intelligence

• Own end-to-end technical program management for Archer Intelligence product initiatives from inception through release and sustainment.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, resource plans, and success criteria in partnership with engineering and product leadership.
• Coordinate software development activities across agile teams, manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles.
• Serve as primary point of contact for program status, communicating with senior leadership and technical teams.

This role directly enables the development and deployment of Archer's all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, advancing sustainable air mobility and reducing carbon emissions from aviation.

• 5–10 years of Technical Program Management experience in safety-critical, regulated software development (aerospace or comparable industry).
• Deep fluency in modern software development practices including agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based delivery.
• Strong technical acumen to engage with engineers and data scientists on architecture and system design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex technical information for executives.

Base pay between $207,400 - $259,200 per year. Pay-for-performance culture. Equal opportunity employer.
