What you will drive
Lead a technical AI safety project sprint program scaling exceptional researchers and engineers into real-world problem-solving contributions.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor cohorts of technical researchers and engineers new to AI safety on applied projects.
- Design sprint curriculum, project selection, and learning outcomes to accelerate contributor ramp-up and field impact.
- Manage program operations: cohort logistics, project matching, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Requires experience building or scaling technical training, fellowship, or early-career programs.
- Requires deep AI safety expertise and comfort mentoring researchers transitioning into the field.
