Mission
What you will drive
- Support the implementation of programs, fellowships, campaigns, and other organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate logistical planning and delivery of conferences, workshops, webinars, and other events.
- Conduct desk research and stakeholder mapping to support advocacy and program activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support including maintaining trackers, databases, and procurement processes.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Master's degree (completed or in progress) in International Relations, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field.
- Relevant working experience in program support, event coordination, administration, or research.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Full-time contract for six months with possibility of extension. Remote role based in Kenya. Occasional travel within Kenya required.
