Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end close for multiple legal entities (501c3, 501c4, LLC).
  • Oversee grants management including revenue tracking, compliance, and disbursement coordination with program and political teams.
  • Handle financial administration for PAC and fiscally sponsored projects, ensuring accurate reconciliations and reporting.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5-7 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit financial management.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and GSuite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gdrive).
  • Experience managing grants accounting and restricted funding.
