Mission

What you will drive

  • Conduct in-person and webinar trainings on immigration law for attorneys and accredited representatives.
  • Provide legal review and advice at immigration workshops, and case-specific technical assistance to nonprofit and pro bono attorneys.
  • Participate in regional collaboratives and task forces to advance pro-immigrant efforts.
  • Contribute to legal projects including writing, editing, and updating legal manuals and publications.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 5 years of experience representing clients in general immigration law, including before USCIS, EOIR, and the BIA.
  • Broad knowledge of immigration law, removal defense, and federal court litigation.
  • Excellent writing, editing, legal analysis, training, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Spanish (speaking and writing) and current bar membership in good standing.
