Request for Proposal - Social Media Consultant

• Develop and execute social media strategy to advance CLS's mission of social, economic, and racial justice.
• Create compelling short-form video content, reels, and visual storytelling that explains complex legal and systems-change work.
• Provide analytics insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and platform growth.
• Support content planning, copywriting, and SEO optimization within a limited monthly scope.

This role amplifies the voices of marginalized communities in Washington State by making CLS's legal advocacy and systems-change work accessible and compelling, thereby advancing social, economic, and racial justice.

• Demonstrated commitment to social justice, racial justice, and anti-racist communications.
• Experience creating social media content for nonprofits, advocacy organizations, or mission-driven groups.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content for social media.
• Understanding of social media platforms, trends, analytics, SEO, and audience growth strategies.

Part-time contract role, up to 10 hours per month. Hourly rate or monthly retainer to be proposed by consultant. Flexible schedule with periodic advising or special projects.
