Mission
What you will drive
- Provide high-level administrative support to the COO and CSO, including calendar management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and expense support.
- Manage cross-functional workflows across operations, HR, finance, compliance, and internal planning to ensure organizational priorities move forward.
- Draft internal communications, prepare briefing materials, and track key deliverables and deadlines.
- Use modern tools and AI to improve workflows and maintain organized systems.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 7+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative, operations, or project coordination support.
- Excellent writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Comfort using technology, productivity tools, and AI-supported workflows; experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations preferred.
