Program Communications Manager

• Manage development and execution of strategic communications to cultivate and sustain partnerships with corporations, foundations, gift-in-kind partners, and individual supporters.
• Serve as key donor communications lead for Global Disaster Response, U.S. Hunger Relief, and Procurement/Gift-in-Kind initiatives.
• Translate program impact into compelling proposals, reports, presentations, and content to secure funding and strengthen partner relationships.

This role directly supports Operation Blessing's humanitarian relief efforts by securing funding and resources for disaster response, hunger relief, and medical care, enabling the organization to extend help to those in need.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field, or 2-4 years equivalent experience.
• Proven project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; experience developing proposals, reports, and donor-facing materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM platforms preferred.

Competitive salary range $51,700-$55,000 annually. Benefits package includes healthcare for full-time positions. Remote (U.S. based) position.
