Program Assistant

• Implement backend website and registration form setup for workshops, webinars, and series-based trainings.
• Provide logistical, tech, and administrative support for virtual events and trainer support.
• Manage administrative details, internal calendar tracking, and customer support via email and chat.

This role supports the delivery of training and resources to nonprofits, enhancing their capacity to create positive social change.

• Experience with project management tools like Slack and Trello.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide tech support for virtual events.

Hourly rate: $25 per hour. Part-time (20 hours/week). Remote work. After 3 months: 2 hours PTO per pay period. After 1 year: 3% retirement match. $35 technology reimbursement per pay period. Sick leave accrual.
