Product + Partner Performance Manager

• Manage the performance of third-party service and installation partners, ensuring delivery against contractual obligations, KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and customer service expectations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with partner organisations, engaging with stakeholders from operational through to senior management level.
• Support procurement activities, contract negotiations, and the establishment of contractual agreements for products and service partners.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on operational contract performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required.

This role helps ScottishPower deliver smart energy solutions to customers, supporting the transition to renewable energy and contributing to the UK's Net Zero goals.

• Degree qualified or equivalent relevant business experience.
• Demonstrable experience of contract management, governance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Experience managing and monitoring partner performance through KPIs and service metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Salary from £47,200 per annum, up to 10% bonus, 36 days annual leave, pension scheme (company contribution up to 10%), holiday purchase, share schemes, electric vehicle schemes, cycle to work, healthcare options, life assurance (4x salary), and various discounts.
