Product Manager

• Own the roadmap and product design for Klir Connect's payment workflows, including invoicing and integration with Klir Core.
• Define end-to-end flow for report submission, checkout, receipts, and confirmation for testers, haulers, and property contacts.
• Conduct customer discovery with backflow testers, haulers, and utility staff to understand their needs.
• Partner with engineering and finance on Stripe integration and convenience-fee model, and scope future marketplace features.

This role helps build a platform that makes clean, safe water more affordable and accessible by streamlining payment workflows for water utilities and their customers.

• Comfort building products from zero in ambiguous environments.
• Payments or fintech literacy; understanding of payment gateways, convenience fees, and reconciliation.
• Two-sided thinking: balancing utility and individual user needs.
• Strong communication skills: writing one-pagers, running discovery conversations, briefing executives.
