Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!
Responsibilities:
- Item Setup and Catalog Accuracy: Complete end-to-end item setup across Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Walmart Item 360, Target Partners Online, Home Depot Supplier Hub, and TikTok Shop. Maintain data integrity including GTIN alignment, case pack accuracy, logistics specs, compliance flags, and attribute completeness. Resolve suppressed listings, incorrect categorization, duplicate ASINs, and contribution conflicts.
- Digital Shelf Optimization: Publish and optimize titles, bullets, product descriptions, images, videos, and A+ content. Update and manage variations, parent-child structures, seasonality bundles, and multipacks. Track content acceptance, QC accuracy, image validation, and retailer-specific compliance rules.
- Brand Store and Rich Media Management: Maintain and update Amazon Brand Store and equivalent storefronts. Deploy rich media modules, comparison charts, infographics, and enhanced content. Coordinate with internal team to align assets to strategy, messaging, and brand standards.
- Performance Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Monitor digital shelf metrics: conversion, traffic, SEO indexation, content health, detail page errors, buy box stability. Identify and action performance issues quickly across all major retailers. Support experimentation including A/B testing, messaging tests, and media uplifts.
- Partner with Sales (US & Canada), Supply Chain, Brand Marketing, and BI to drive flawless execution.
- Communicate listing status, risks, and commercial impacts clearly and proactively.
- Support promotional readiness with timely content updates and item accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, communications, analytics, or related field).
- Ability to work remotely from a US home office during Central Time Zone business hours, with occasional travel to the U.S. and Canada.
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital merchandising, online catalog management, or marketplace management. Experience managing digital content for a CPG company on a major online retail platform is required.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central strongly preferred. Experience with Walmart Item 360, Target Partners Online, Home Depot Supplier Hub, or social commerce platforms preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with structured data.
- Familiarity with content syndication or digital shelf tools is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and build trust through transparency and follow-through. Can represent eCommerce professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handles high-volume detail work without sacrificing quality. Brings solutions, improves processes, and identifies content gaps before they become issues. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross‑functional adoption.
