Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of product management and the full product development lifecycle, including growth levers, experimentation, product analytics, digital marketing, Agile/Scrum, and go-to-market strategies. Ability to translate quantitative data and user feedback into clear recommendations and testable product opportunities, using AI tools to enhance research, analysis, experimentation, collaboration, and productivity. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product requirements, insights, risks, and recommendations to varied audiences. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, seek support when needed, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Program teams. Ability to learn quickly, adapt based on experiment results, influence across teams, and take ownership of increasingly complex growth initiatives, including pitch meetings, demos, conference sessions, and partner engagement in a matrixed environment.
