What you will drive
- Develop a deep understanding of envelioโs IGP, the market, users, customers, and their needs in daily workflows.
- Analyze feedback from customers and partners in the energy industry, identify improvements and business opportunities, and prioritize them in the roadmap.
- Manage expectations and timelines of key stakeholders in a project-like environment, including tender processes and deadline-driven contracts, while maintaining an agile, product-oriented approach.
- Break down complex user needs and write clear product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in (SaaS) product management as a Product Manager or Product Owner, and/or 3 years in the energy sector, or several years in a scientific environment in power grids.
- Strong understanding of the energy industry, challenges in integrating renewable energy, grid expansion and management, and digitalization of power grids.
- Fluent in German and English.
