Product Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the organization's overall strategy and goals
• Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders, and serve as a brand ambassador
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas of improvement

This role helps solve critical labor shortages faced by farmers and others who work outdoors by developing robotics technology that frees people from tedious work, contributing to more efficient and sustainable agricultural practices.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 2-3+ years of experience in product management working with sophisticated hardware/software products
• Experience leading product development lifecycle from concept to launch
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
