Product Lead, Opportunities Board

• Lead product strategy and development for CEA's opportunities board to connect talented people with impactful work.
• Design and iterate on features that help individuals discover and pursue careers aligned with effective altruism principles.
• Collaborate with teams to understand user needs and translate insights into product roadmap priorities.
• Test product hypotheses empirically and make data-informed decisions to maximise user impact.

• Experience in product management or product strategy, preferably in a tech or mission-driven context.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
• Familiarity with effective altruism principles is a plus.
