What you will drive
- In this role, you'll lead CEA's grantmaking operations, owning the full grant lifecycle and serving as authority on US charitable grantmaking.
- Own all grantmaking operations from intake to closeout, setting standards that ensure funds move correctly and compliantly.
- Structure complex grants and find compliant paths for high-risk, high-impact opportunities.
- Lead and develop the Grants Operations team, building partnerships with Program Officers and Finance.
- Design scalable systems and processes that enable high-volume grantmaking with appropriate controls.
