Payroll and Finance Associate

• In this role, you'll own end-to-end monthly UK payroll processing for nonprofit clients, managing data collection, payslip distribution, and HMRC submissions.
• Process statutory payments, starters, leavers, and year-end tasks including P60s and P11Ds.
• Administer pension auto-enrolment, contribution uploads, and salary sacrifice arrangements.
• Handle accounts payable processing, invoice review, and payment runs.
• Perform bookkeeping and transaction processing in Xero and QuickBooks Online for client portfolios.
