- Build tracking and evaluation systems to measure whether the board drives placements and understand conversion rates, retention, and user outcomes.
- Run experiments with clear success criteria across the theory of change, from traffic growth to placement rates, to validate the board's impact at scale.
- Explore larger product opportunities such as logged-in experiences with CV matching, AI career advisors, or broader careers products; decide which bets to pursue.
