Product Counsel

Core responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and analyze broad range of complex technology services contracts
• Provide technology, business development, and other teams with timely and quality legal advice and support
• Support and manage intellectual property portfolio
• Monitor and support ongoing compliance activities

This role supports the development of energy storage projects and related services, contributing to the advancement of renewable energy infrastructure and sustainability during a time of rapid company growth.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience practicing law in the technology space
• Substantial experience representing developers with respect to SaaS and other technology services, product development, intellectual property prosecution and management, data privacy and security, regulatory compliance
• Membership in good standing in at least one state bar
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
