Assoc Workforce Planning Consultant

• Support contractor workforce activities including request tracking, onboarding, offboarding, extensions, and SAP Fieldglass updates.
• Pull, review, and summarize workforce data related to headcount, suppliers, tenure, cycle times, and compliance.
• Respond to routine questions from hiring managers, suppliers, and internal partners in a clear and timely manner.

This role supports the efficient management of the external workforce, enabling Florida Power & Light to deliver reliable, affordable energy to nearly 12 million Floridians, contributing to a sustainable energy future.

• Experience in operations, HR, procurement, staffing, data support, customer service, or administration.
• Strong Excel, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• SAP Fieldglass, Power BI, SharePoint, staffing, or contingent workforce experience is helpful.
