Product Associate/Manager, Training and Enablement

Create training materials and communications to help field teams understand and implement new program designs and system changes across GiveDirectly's operations.
- Turn survey designs, program changes, and Salesforce releases into practical training decks, job aids, demo videos, and release notes for field use.
- Write layered internal communications pitched to each audience: Country Directors, Program Directors, Field Managers, and Field Officers.
- Deliver live training sessions and build a reusable materials library so teams can refresh without waiting for new sessions.
- Requires prior experience as a Field Officer or equivalent frontline role; excellent written English and professional proficiency in Portuguese or French.
- Regular travel to field sites, roughly quarterly minimum, to deliver training and observe how materials perform in practice.
