Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

Lead procurement and supply chain operations for Climeworks' Direct Air Capture plants in Iceland, managing sourcing, contracts, and supplier relationships.
- Act as primary procurement contact for Mammoth and Orca projects on-site, supporting operational procurement, category management, MRO purchasing, and ad hoc logistics.
- Run RFQs and RFPs, evaluate suppliers, lead negotiations, and prepare pre-award recommendations to achieve best value outcomes.
- Oversee post-award contract administration, expediting, and supplier performance monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and manage a robust local supplier network for industrial services, MRO, site support, and logistics.
- Requires 5+ years procurement, MRO, category management, or project procurement experience; strong RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, and negotiation skills essential.
- SAP ERP experience preferred; fluency in English required with approximately 10% travel mainly within Iceland.
