Procurement Category Manager

• Manage strategic sourcing of services for Marketing, Human Resources, Consulting, and Finance categories in the Americas, with some global projects.
• Develop and execute sourcing projects, reverse auctions, and initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Negotiate high-value, complex service contracts to generate savings and non-monetary benefits.
• Maintain a best-in-class global preferred supply base and manage vendor performance.

• 4+ years of experience in procurement sourcing and category management.
• Understanding of procurement law and ability to negotiate master supply agreements, professional services agreements, statements of work, change requests, and amendments.
• Experience in categories such as Marketing, Human Resources, Professional Services, and Financial Services.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced multinational environment.
