Senior CPX Product Readiness Manager

• Lead the launch of Workiva AI and Data Management products from discovery through six months post general availability, ensuring CPX teams are fully enabled and accountable to timelines and deliverables.
• Manage launch documentation, reporting, scope, risks, issues, and strategic milestones, communicating progress and potential delays to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain internal team processes, including training and enablement, to improve operational efficiency and achieve company goals.
• Drive launch management process improvements by identifying gaps, gathering stakeholder input, and refining documentation.

This role ensures that Workiva's AI and Data Management products are successfully launched and adopted, enabling organizations to navigate uncertainty and maintain trust in their data, thereby contributing to more transparent and accountable business practices.

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education, computer science, and experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience required.
• Customer-facing experience preferred; Prince2, PMP, or other PM certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; strong project management and time management skills; ability to influence decisions and manage troubled teams.

Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00
