Role details
Summer law clerkship program training students in animal law through research and legal work on animal protection issues.
- Research animal law topics including housing disputes, custody, breed restrictions, and property law implications.
- Work with experienced animal law attorneys on projects advancing the organization's litigation and policy goals.
- Participate in networking activities and engage with staff across multiple program areas.
- Current 2L or LLM student at ABA-accredited law school with strong legal research and writing skills.
- Remote position: 35 hours/week for 10 weeks starting June 2027; $20/hour or unpaid externship option.
