Power Platform Developer

• Design, build, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Platform to support engineering and operational needs.
• Act as primary builder of Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship to two developers, ensuring best practices and reusable components.
• Partner with business users to translate functional needs into technical solutions.

• Associate's degree or higher; minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deep expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and relational data modeling.
• Experience with DLP policies, connector governance, and Power Platform deployment pipelines.
