What you will drive
- In this role, you'll serve as a fractional COO for BERI's research projects, acting as their primary operational contact.
- Manage project onboarding, budgets, relationships, and provide operational support across your entire portfolio.
- Support recruitment by drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and managing employee/contractor onboarding.
- Oversee expenditures, approve invoices, and ensure compliance with legal and grant requirements.
- Create process improvements via templates and checklists while supporting special projects and organisational growth.
