Finance and Compliance Manager

• In this role, you'll build SAIF's finance and compliance systems as the organisation scales across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage financial operations including accounting, payroll, EOR administration, and banking across global entities.
• Own the compliance calendar, corporate filings, and UK entity administration to ensure entities remain in good standing.
• Set up and maintain financial tools and processes including accounting software, expense management, and grant tracking.
• Run annual budgets and forecasts while preparing funder reports and supporting leadership on grant funding.
