Mission

What you will drive

Support multiple AI safety and biosecurity research projects as their operational partner, handling budgets, compliance, recruitment, and day-to-day problem-solving.
- Own end-to-end operations for assigned projects: onboarding, budgeting, recruitment, compliance, and regular stakeholder engagement.
- Manage funds, approve transactions, ensure spending aligns with charitable purpose and grant requirements.
- Support recruitment: draft job descriptions, conduct interviews, onboard employees and contractors.
- Requires 3+ years in operations, program, or project management with strong context-switching and interpersonal skills.
- Requires budget management experience and understanding of fiscal sponsorship, nonprofit compliance, and HR basics.
