Philanthropy Coordinator

• Manage donor and CRM operations, process and track gifts, generate reports, and support donor stewardship activities.
• Assist with prospect research and maintain accurate fundraising records and workflows.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting on financial information, donor trends, and engagement trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Direct gift processing, ensuring accurate recording and acknowledgment of donations.

This role strengthens donor relationships and organizational effectiveness, enabling sustainable revenue growth to support Grace & Glory's mission of serving children.

• Minimum 5 years of database experience, preferably with a nonprofit CRM/database and payment processing system.
• High degree of data integrity, accuracy, and detail orientation.
• Excellent relationship management and development skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools; understanding of basic accounting principles.
