Mission
What you will drive
- Support and coordinate state-level civic engagement programming, including implementation, partner communication, and event coordination.
- Serve as point of contact for partner institutions and campus administrators, and supervise student Democracy Fellows.
- Engage campuses to create nonpartisan democratic engagement programs promoting voter registration, education, and turnout.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 1-2 years of experience in civic engagement, organizing, capacity building or similar program work.
- Superior communication skills both written and oral.
- Willingness to travel and access to reliable transportation; must reside in Pennsylvania.
- Experience engaging diverse constituencies and experience with institutions of higher education is a benefit.
Benefits

Salary is $52,000/year with limited benefits including vacation and sick leave and cell phone and internet stipends. Remote full-time temporary position through December 31, 2026, with possible extension.
