Partnership

As a partner, you will:

• Collaborate on the management of the organization, including administration, programs, and projects.
• Secure funding, build networks, and establish partnerships with international organizations.
• Help establish the Swift Recreation Center, a practical skilling center, projects, community programs, and sports center.

This role will directly contribute to fighting poverty in Uganda by discovering, developing, and promoting sports talent among disadvantaged youth, orphans, and single mothers, creating income-generating opportunities and building a foundation for a better future.

• Mature, independent, professional, and passionate individual.
• Experienced in CBO establishment, securing funds, networking, and building partnerships.
• Right attitude towards grassroots CBOs, especially in Africa.
• Willing to become an executive member (patron or godfather/mother) after team approval.

Compensation and benefits are not specified. The role offers the opportunity to shape a grassroots organization and make a tangible impact in a community.

Swift Sports Organisation is a community-based organization in Uganda dedicated to fighting poverty through sports, focusing on disadvantaged categories such as single mothers, orphans, and youth (especially girls who dropped out of school).
