What you will drive

  • Own and grow a portfolio of merchant and platform partnerships, with full accountability for performance, retention, and revenue outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner, building and maintaining strong partner relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Analyze performance data to drive improvements in key metrics such as order volume, reliability, and partner satisfaction.
  • Lead issue resolution, manage escalations, and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and partner experience.
