Partner Success Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Own the success of advanced transportation systems in partner cities, acting as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership
• Build deep and trusting long-term relationships with partners by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for service growth and revenue generation
• Analyze daily, weekly, and long-term service performance data to provide partners with actionable recommendations that improve service quality, efficiency, and growth
• Negotiate multi-year and highly complex contract renewals and service expansions to increase year-on-year revenue from each partnership

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience in consulting, consultative customer success, or high-growth companies
• Entrepreneurial relationship builder who remains calm in highly complex, politically sensitive situations
• Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy with ability to draw insights from complex data sets and synthesize numbers into actionable recommendations
• Reliable, motivated self-starter with growth mentality who thrives in fast-paced environments with high responsibility

Compensation and benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 (final salary determined by experience, knowledge, and skills)
