Organizational Review Process Consultant (Remote)

• Facilitate an organizational review and restructuring process led by the ICJ's Executive Committee (ExCo).
• Develop and assess alternative organizational models and restructuring scenarios.
• Prepare strategic options, decision-support materials, and a final report with a roadmap for implementation.

This role helps ensure the ICJ remains sustainable and strategically focused, maximizing its contribution to the promotion and protection of human rights and the rule of law globally.

• Significant experience supporting organizational transformation, restructuring, or strategic change processes.
• Experience facilitating board or executive committee-level decision-making.
• Strong understanding of governance, institutional design, and organizational sustainability.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and drafting skills.

Consultancy contract with an indicative duration of 6-8 weeks, not to exceed 30 consultancy days. Budget ceiling to be agreed, taking into account ICJ's financial situation. Remote work.
