Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the development and deployment of strategy for Collaborative Earth, including envisioning and realizing the next stage as an incubator and early-stage accelerator of nature-based solutions.
  • Facilitate the process of eliciting and forming new CE Labs and Projects from a diverse network of experts.
  • Pursue and prioritize funding from philanthropic, scientific grant, catalytic capital, carbon financing, and water-based funding sources.
  • Provide high-level oversight on CE's larger Projects (Waterways, Bison) and maintain cohesion across a distributed team.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Three or more years of demonstrable success in leadership roles at organizations with missions and operations highly relevant to Collaborative Earth's work.
  • Experience funding projects, especially in traditional philanthropy, PES/VCMs, and catalytic or impact investment.
  • Familiarity with the science, technology, and design that inform development and deployment of nature-based solutions.
